Return & Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our lash products and supplies, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizes/lengths ordered, or opened/used products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact EverLash within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when eligible, provide a replacement or refund.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
